Scope of Work
General Construction – Provide labor, materials, and equipment for framing, foundation, masonry, roofing, and finishing work as required.
Project Management – Coordinate all subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) and ensure timely completion of each phase.
Permits & Inspections – Secure required building permits and schedule inspections in accordance with city and county regulations.
Quality Control – Ensure all work meets industry standards, code requirements, and project specifications.
Safety Compliance – Maintain a safe work environment and follow OSHA regulations and best practices throughout construction.
Experience- I bring over 12 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, specializing in residential and commercial building projects. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed and executed all phases of construction, from initial planning and permitting to final project completion. My background includes expertise in concrete, framing, masonry, and finishing work, as well as coordinating with subcontractors in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades. With a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, I have built a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with state and local building codes. My experience has equipped me with the leadership, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills necessary to handle complex projects and ensure client satisfaction.
